πΎ Tiny Herd
A tiny pixel pet that lives at the bottom of every page.
It wanders while you read, naps when itβs late, chases your cursor when the
mood strikes, and levels up as you browse. It cheers you on through focus
sessions, reminds you to stretch, collects achievements, and occasionally
announces useful things β a finished download, new unread messages, your
computer running low on memory β in a little speech bubble. Thatβs it.
Thatβs the extension.

Features
Your pet
- π Three pets to start β orange cat, beagle, and a yellow duck
(more species and colours on the way)
- β¨ XP & levels β your pet literally grows up as you browse: small and
round at first, all grown at level 5, a tiny crown at 10, a sparkle trail
and a golden elder glow at 15
- πΎ Play β double-click near the bottom of a page to throw a ball, or
pick your pet up and fling it β it tumbles, bounces off the walls, and
lands with a dazed little wobble
- π Moods & memories β it plays more when youβve been around, mopes a
little when you havenβt, and remembers things (βweβve been together 40
days πΎβ)
- πͺ Daily trinkets β every day it sees you, your pet digs up a little
treasure for its collection shelf; some finds are rare
- π Wardrobe β earn tokens by playing and dress your pet in hats, bows
and seasonal outfits
- πΈ Photo cards β generate a shareable portrait card of your pet
- π Night owl aware β pets sleep more after 10pm, like you should
Company while you work
- π To-dos β a small task list in the popup; give a task a deadline and
your pet reminds you when itβs due (finishing tasks earns a little XP and
the odd wardrobe token)
- π― Focus mode β start a 25/5 Pomodoro from the popup; your pet
celebrates every focus block you finish
- πΏ Break reminders β after a long stretch on one tab, your pet suggests
you get up and move (adjustable, and easy to switch off)
- π Achievements β 13 badges to collect for streaks, night-owl browsing,
games of fetch, focus blocks and more
- π₯ Daily streaks β your pet keeps count of every day you show up
- π΄ It reacts to you β naps while youβre away, and is very pleased when
you come back
Notifications, but gentle
- π¬ Announcements β finished downloads and unread-count bumps, spoken
by your pet
- π§ Low-memory warnings β when your computer starts running out of RAM,
your pet suggests closing a few tabs (and gets more insistent the worse it
gets) β handy if you keep a lot of tabs, or several browsers, open at once
- π Fun announcements β hourly check-ins and open-tab milestones
(βwhoa, 20 tabs?β) β entirely optional
- π«₯ Per-site hide β banish the pet from any site where itβs in the way
- βΏ Respects your systemβs reduced-motion setting
